30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee

We want your covers to fit. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or a return.

Wrong size? Free exchange

If a cover doesn't fit your cushion, email us at velvethomeinfo@gmail.com with your order number and your cushion measurements. We'll send you the right size at no extra cost.

Changed your mind? Return it

You can return unused covers in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at velvethomeinfo@gmail.com and we'll send you the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
